It is useful to get aware of Groupthink's mechanism, for this principle often shows itself widespread within Christian groups, either on the Leaders' side or on the members' side (and even on both at the same time).

A historic meeting gathered fifty charismatic leaders in Florida on January 5th to 6th 2004. Its theme was : "Neither titles nor power are important : what really matters is saving lost souls". Focus has been targetted on titles' use (pastor, apostle, prophet, etc.), power abuses which are their direct consequences, financial integrity and Ethics of Ministry.
